Just want to cheer you on, alright. I understand totally what you are going through. This year had been rather eventful for me too, going through similar situations as you. It is tough, and the tough gets tougher. Be strong, girl!
They say that loneliness is under-rated.
Being alone does not make you lonely. Being lonely does not mean it will only happen in situations when you are alone. I am way past the phase. I like being alone, not excluded from the world. But alone, being yourself, not pretending, doing things you like. Humans are so hard to interpret.
2009 is an eventful year. It was incredible exciting and challenging. I was thinking about this while doing my assignment, and I am really thankful that I got to know some people. Especially people who can identify with an oddball like me. We are so similar, too similar that it will freak you out.
Sometimes I wonder does everyone needs love? Or do they want love? I found out that I am not someone that really like to express my emotions. Example, I do not say ” I love you”, “I miss you” to anybody unless unnecessary. Do I sound a bit de-humanised to you? To me, I believe that those words come in great value, it might just be another three words phrased together. But along with those words came commitment, trust, etc. Why bother saying them when you don’t even mean it at the first place? Everything seemed so…forced.
Sometimes, I feel that we had been on a wild goose chase. We have been chasing non-stop. We want to be someone else, we want to have this/that.
Reality, this is reality.
This is the world we live in.
Am I disappointed?
Yes, I am.
Sometimes, late at night, I don't dare to sleep. I am so afraid that my world will fall apart when I am sleeping away.
